Sinca Village is a ruined town near the Dogma Rift. It is the place where Setti, Leonard, Yulie, Caesar, and Kara where raised. Medius then found them all foster parents. The village was then visited by Leonard and co. on their way to the Dogma Palace. It now lies in ruins.
